The first episode of the British television series “Black Mirror” was launched in 2011. Many of the technologies in this series can be realized today. In the third quarter of 2016, the “public enemy” episode refers to the current expression in the media. In particular, since the media is diversified and equal in expression, freedom of speech requires a certain limit to regulate it.
