64例血液病骨髓CFU-GM培养。AML大多数病人的集落数减少和缺乏,但AML-M_2 型可见到多集落和少集落两亚型。CML 未治者集落及丛均多;急变者集落、丛均缺少或集落少而丛多,使丛/集落比值增高;缓解者集落数正常。ALL 集落、丛均少,缓解者集落数正常。全血细胞减少伴骨髓增生者大多数集落数少或缺如。非干细胞疾患集落及丛均正常。经热处理的人血清能加强集落刺激活性,使培养效果良好。用整块标本观察细胞,形态清晰,方法简易。
64 cases of bone marrow CFU-GM hematological disease culture. AML majority of patients with reduced and lack of colonies, but AML-M_2 type can see more colonies and less colony subtypes. CML not rule out the colony and plexus were more; sudden changes in colonies, clusters are less or colony less and more clusters, so that the ratio of clusters / colony increased; normal number of referees colonies. ALL colonies, clusters are less, normal number of referees colonies. Most cases of pancytopenia with myeloproliferation few or no colonies. Non-stem cell colonies and clusters were normal. Heat-treated human serum can enhance colony stimulating activity, so that the culture effect is good. With the entire specimen observed cells, clear shape, the method is simple.
