目的了解我院中药饮片应用状况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法利用我院网络信息系统数据库中的2008～2010年中药饮片相关数据,对中药饮片的总销售量、销售总金额、年销售量排序前20位的品种、年销售金额排序前10位的品种及用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果 2008～2010年我院中药饮片的总销售量和销售总金额呈逐步上升趋势,年销售量排序前20位和年销售金额排序前10位的品种基本稳定。结论我院中药饮片使用合理,达到了临床用药安全、有效的效果。
Objective To understand the status of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces and medication trends in our hospital for reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Using the data of Chinese medicine decoction pieces from 2008 to 2010 in our hospital’s network information system database, we sorted the top 20 varieties of Chinese herbal decoction pieces in terms of total sales amount, total sales amount and annual sales volume, and ranked the top 10 breeds And medication frequency (DDDs), daily average cost (DDC) and other statistical analysis. Results From 2008 to 2010, the total sales volume and total sales volume of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces showed a gradual upward trend. The top 20 ranking of annual sales volume and the top 10 ranking of annual sales volume were basically stable. Conclusion The rational use of Chinese medicine Pieces in our hospital has reached a safe and effective clinical application.
