根据《中华人民共和国政府采购法》和《国务院办公厅关于印发中央预算单位2006年政府集中采购目录及标准的通知》(国办发[2006]14号)精神,结合北京市具体情况,现制定北京市2007年政府采购集中采购目录及标准：
Pursuant to the spirit of “Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China” and “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing Catalogs and Standards of Central Government Procurement by Central Government in 2006” (Guo Ban Fa [2006] No. 14) and in light of the specific conditions in Beijing, Beijing Municipality in 2007 centralized procurement of government procurement directory and standards:
