大型水电站发电机定子现场装配克服了分辨定子诸多缺陷,其优越性已被人们普遍认同并广泛采用.但在现场复杂环境条件下定子装配工艺要求更精、质量要求更高,同时装配工作量大,占用机组安装的直线工期长.本文就大朝山水电站225MW机组发电机定子现场装配为例,阐述如何针对定子结构的特点进行现场装配,以及在施工中如何采取有效措施对工艺、质量、进度进行控制,以保证定子装配高质量、高水平、高速度.此外还就加速装机进度作了简要探讨.
