本文以甘草黄酮的提取过程为对象,研究了超声条件下不同提取时间对甘草黄酮提取率的影响,并以柚皮苷为标准品对黄酮含量进行了测定,结果表明,在室温下超声提取80min较为合适。
In this paper, the extraction process of licorice flavonoids was studied. The effect of different extraction time on the extraction rate of licorice flavonoids was studied. The content of flavonoids was determined with naringin as the standard. The results showed that ultrasonic extraction at room temperature for 80 min. More appropriate.
