河北是我国粮食主产区之一,受诸多因素的影响,国有粮食购销企业高价位粮食库存较多。2003年初,省委、省政府决定加快粮食流通体制改革步伐,粮食购销企业数量、人员将在原有基础上各减一半。
Hebei is one of the main grain-producing areas in China. Affected by many factors, state-owned grain purchase and marketing enterprises have a large stock of food at a high price. In early 2003, the provincial party committee and the provincial government decided to speed up the pace of reform of the grain circulation system. The number of grain purchasing and marketing enterprises and their personnel will be reduced by half each on the original basis.
