本文通过对高等工科教育培养目标的分析和理解，阐述了大学物理课程在高等工科教育中的地位与作用， 通过对教育部“高等教育面向２１世纪教学内容和课程体系改革计划”精神的理解及对２３所高校和２１所地方电大的 调查，明确提出了大学物理课程改革的思路及指导思想。
Through the analysis and comprehension of the training goal of higher engineering education, this paper expounds the position and function of college physics curriculum in higher engineering education. Through the understanding of the Ministry of Education ’s spirit of “Higher Education oriented to the 21st century teaching content and curriculum system reform” The survey of 23 colleges and universities and 21 local TV universities explicitly put forward the train of thought and guiding ideology for the reform of university physics curriculum.
