通过对建筑工程合同的发展与现状的论述,对建设工程合同管理的目的、任务等进行了详细分析,阐明了建设工程合同管理规范化的内涵,对建设工程合同管理进行了简要介绍。在此理论基础上,就目前我国建设工程合同管理存在的主要问题,经过综合对比分析,归纳出发生问题的主要原因,并进行了深层次分析,提出了相应解决措施,为索赔难问题提供途径。最后对国内国际建设工程合同管理进行了比较,从宏观调整与控制、微观操作等方面提出了相应的建设工程合同管理规范化建议。
Through the discussion of the development and current situation of construction contract, the purpose and task of construction contract management are analyzed in detail. The connotation of construction project contract management is expounded and the contract management of construction project is introduced briefly. On the basis of this theory, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in construction contract management in our country at present, through comprehensive comparison and analysis, summarizes the main causes of the problems and carries out in-depth analysis and puts forward corresponding solutions to provide solutions for difficult problems . Finally, the contract management of domestic and international construction projects are compared, and the corresponding standardized proposals of construction project contract management are put forward from the aspects of macro adjustment and control and micro operation.
