患者:潘××,男:30岁,干部。主诉:左下颌磨牙反复疼痛,时好时发,同时伴腰部疼痛。患者于1981年6月在我科(?)作干髓后充填,在1984年4月左右,在一次施工中髋关节脱位,复位后感到局部不适,经过治疗症状消失。近2年来左下颌磨牙疼痛经常发作,同时腰部疼痛也发作,特别是疲劳后感到疼痛加重,上楼感到腿乏力。检查:(?)(牙合)面龋已充填,牙齿变色为灰黄色,颊侧
Patients: Pan × ×, male: 30 years old, cadres. Chief Complaint: The left mandibular molar repeatedly pains, when good hair, accompanied by waist pain. The patient was filled in our department (?)
