观察了10例。α-干扰素治疗慢性粒细胞白血病时,内生LAK细胞活性与细胞遗传学缓解的关系。其结果为干扰素治疗前慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者无内生LAK细胞活性。于干扰素治疗后逐渐出现内生LAK细胞活性,在6例检测出LAK细胞活性的病例中均出现不同程度的ph阳性细胞比例下降,从而推测,α-干扰素治疗CML时部分病人细胞遗传学缓解可能与α-干扰素诱生体内LAK细胞增多参与肿瘤免疫应答反应有关。
Ten cases were observed. Relationship between endogenous LAK cell activity and cytogenetic response in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia with interferon alpha.
