饮食技艺类非物质文化遗产保护研究

饮食类非物质文化遗产是国家非物质文化遗产名录里传统手工技艺中的一项大的分类,而近年来国家对于非物质文化遗产的调查保护类研究一直在持续升温,但是对于其中饮食技艺类遗产却罕有研究。本文通过实证研究与定量分析相结合的方式,对影响饮食技艺类非物质文化遗产的保护因素进行了相关性分析,并总结出影响其保护和发展的具体问题,最后结合管理学知识提出了相应的对策与建议。一、饮食类非物质文化遗产研究背景(一)饮食类非物质文化遗产的赋存现状笔者根据国家已公布的非物质文化遗产的三批名录以及补 Diet Intangible Cultural Heritage is one of the major categories in the traditional artisanal handicrafts of the State Intangible Cultural Heritage.
