患者,男,31岁,因发热1个月于2001年12月24日入院。患者于入院前1个月无明显诱因出现发热呈不规则热。体温在38℃-39℃之间,伴有头痛及肌肉痛。人院查体,未发现阳性体征,各项辅助检查血、尿常规,肝功、血沉抗“O”、类风湿因子、肥达反应、布氏杆菌凝集试验、OT试验、腹部超声波、胸片检查均未发现异常改变,当时未能明确诊断。出院后日服中药治疗,发热持续约2个月后消退。
