由咳嗽和用力引起的头痛可以是原发性的,或是继发于某些颅内器质性病变。1988年国际头痛学会制定的头面部疼痛分类将良性咳嗽引起的头痛和良性用力引起的头痛包含在与结构性疾病无关的杂类头痛中。临床上习惯于将咳嗽引起的头痛包含在用力引起的头痛之中,本文研究了这两类头痛之间的关系,分析了其中症状性头痛所占的比率及其临床特点。
Headaches caused by coughing and exertion can be either primary or secondary to some intracranial organic lesions. The head and face pain classification developed by the International Society of Headaches in 1988 included headaches caused by benign cough and headaches caused by benign forces in miscellaneous headaches unrelated to structural diseases. Clinically, it is customary to include cough-induced headaches in hard-headed headaches. This article examines the relationship between the two types of headaches and analyzes the proportion of symptomatic headaches and their clinical features.
