以深圳机场T3航站楼工程实例,介绍了整体通高三维曲面清水混凝土钢骨柱的特点,根据其特点进行钢筋加工、模板设计与安装和清水混凝土质量控制全过程,并对清水钢模的设计与拆除及清水混凝土Y型柱养护与成品保护过程中一些问题和常用方法进行探讨。通过该技术的应用,确保了三维曲面清水混凝土柱的施工效果,极大地改进了施工方法、施工工艺,大大缩短了工期,节省了成本。
According to the engineering example of T3 terminal in Shenzhen Airport, this paper introduces the characteristics of integral through-height three-dimensional curved clear steel reinforced concrete columns and carries out the whole process of steel bar processing, template design and installation and quality control of clear water concrete according to its characteristics. Design and dismantlement and some problems and common methods in the process of Y-type column maintenance and finished product protection of clear water concrete. Through the application of the technology, the construction effect of the three-dimensional curved clear concrete column is ensured, the construction method and construction technology are greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is saved.
