本文初步观察了 E Coli 内毒素对体外培养的猪主动脉内皮细胞 PGI_2生成的影响。结果发现内毒素显著刺激培养细胞 PGI_2的生成,并呈剂量(1—1000ng/ml)和时间(6—24小时)依赖性,但不同于其它刺激剂,内毒素的作用时间至少需要2小时以上。
This article initially observed the E Coli endotoxin on cultured porcine aortic endothelial cells PGI_2 generation. The results showed that endotoxin significantly stimulated the production of PGI 2 in cultured cells in dose (1-1000 ng / ml) and time (6-24 hours) dependent, but different from other stimulants, the action time of endotoxin required at least 2 hours .
