观察乳痛消浸膏对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病的作用。方法:制备大鼠乳腺增生模型,灌胃给予乳痛消,观察功能学、血液流变学、组织细胞学变化和性激素水平变化。结果:乳痛消(1.35g生药/kg～5.40 g生药/kg)能明显改善大鼠乳腺组织增生性病理形态学变化,使乳腺腺泡直径和腺泡数明显减少,乳头高度和乳头直径明显减小,同时全血粘度明显降低,血清孕酮、雌二醇水平明显降低。结论:乳痛消对试验性乳腺增生病有明显作用。
To observe the effect of Rutongxiao extract on experimental hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats. Methods: The rat model of mammary gland hyperplasia was prepared. The rats were given intragastric administration of Lutongxiao, and observed the changes of function, hemorheology, histocytology and sex hormone levels.
