前置酸加砂压裂技术是在酸化和加砂压裂两种技术基础上形成的。主要针对物性差、喉道半径小、填隙物含量高的储层。该工艺通过酸化作用溶解喉道中的堵塞物和压后压裂液液滤饼及残胶等作用,增大地层有效孔隙来提高单井产量。由于各个区块地层矿物质的成分不同,对酸的要求也都不同,所以我们要针对不同地层特性选用合适的酸化类型。在长期前置酸加砂压裂过程中,形成了与长庆低渗透储层特点相适应的前置酸加砂压裂工艺。
The pre-acid sand fracturing technology is formed on the basis of two technologies, acidification and sand fracturing. Mainly for poor physical properties, small throat radius, high content of interstitial reservoir. This process can dissolve the throats in the throat and the liquid filter cake and residual glue after fracturing, and increase the effective pore of the formation to improve the single-well production. Due to the different composition of the minerals in each block strata, the requirements on the acid are also different, so we should choose the appropriate acidification type for different strata characteristics. In the process of long-term pre-acid-sand fracturing, a pre-acid-sand fracturing process is developed that is compatible with the characteristics of Changqing low-permeability reservoirs.
