目前大多数新疆高校少数民族思想政治理论课教师的学历、职称较低,数量和质量都与思想政治理论课作为学科进行建设的要求还有很大的差距。主要原因在于专业上缺乏归属感、身分上希望自我认同和社会认同;骨干教师流失严重;教师教学任务繁重与自身提高之间的矛盾突出;社会的不良风气和分配不公在一定程度上影响着教师职业道德建设;优化教师队伍的机制不完善。
At present, most minority Xinjiang teachers of ideological and political theory have lower academic qualifications, professional titles, quantity and quality, and there is still a big gap between the ideological and political theory courses and the requirements of discipline construction. The main reason is that there is a lack of sense of belonging in the professional field, identity self-identity and social identity, serious loss of backbone teachers, prominent contradiction between the heavy task of teachers’ teaching and self-improvement, unfavorable social conditions and inequitable distribution of unfamiliar teachers to a certain extent The construction of professional ethics; the mechanism of optimizing the teaching staff is imperfect.
