德育的根本任务,在于影响人格,形成德性。而个体德性的形成,是不可能仅仅通过认知层面即“关于道德”知识的掌握而实现的。道德知识能否成为道德观念,主要取决于其情感的投入程度。中学生的内心世界是五彩缤纷、各具特色的,而情绪、情感最能体现他们内心世界的丰富多彩性。只有把握中学生情感发展的脉搏,才能找准德育工作的切入点。
