目的 :探讨急性白血病化疗效应差异及基因受体重排在急性非淋巴细胞白血病中序列交叉存在。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应技术对免疫球蛋白 (Ig H)及 T细胞受体 (TCRγ)基因重排进行测定。结果 :该方法敏感性达10 - 5 ,完全缓解 (CR)后 180 d检测 ,阳性率仍 5 5 .5 % (2 5 /4 5 ) ,2 0例 ANL L中 5例检测到 Ig H受体基因重排 ,观察 6 0 d有复发。结论 :Ig H、TCRγ基因重排是检测残留白血病的敏感指标 ,但在 ANL L中有失真现象。化疗效应的定量评价 ,有助于制定个体化的治疗方案
Objective : To explore the differences in the chemotherapeutic effects of acute leukemia and the crossover of gene receptor rearrangements in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction was used to measure the rearrangement of immunoglobulin (Ig H) and T cell receptor (TCRγ) genes. RESULTS: The sensitivity of this method was 10 - 5, and it was detected 180 days after complete remission (CR). The positive rate was still 55.5% (2 5 /4 5). Ig H was detected in 5 cases of ANL L in 20 cases. The gene rearrangement was observed and there was a relapse at 60 days. Conclusion :Ig H and TCR gamma gene rearrangement are sensitive indicators for detection of residual leukemia, but there is distortion in ANL L. Quantitative evaluation of chemotherapeutic effects helps to develop individualized treatment options
