初中八年级学生开始接触物理课,在课上学的一些新的物理概念及物理计算,课后多数学生都会处于一种“似懂非懂”的状态,这时需要及时做些练习,使学生对课上所学的知识加深理解并熟练掌握。基于我校的实际情况,作业的反馈功能无法有效发挥作用,同时还要保证教学进度的顺利完成,当务之急就是想方设法调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。在教学实践中我摸索、反思,总结出一套提高学生物理成绩的有效策略。策略一:构建竞争平台针对我校学生不愿动笔、不愿思考、推着走的普遍特点,我首先要做的是给他们施加一些压力,让他们紧张起来,改掉拖沓的毛病。我采取的方法是:根据期中和期末的考试成绩,把学习相当的2人分成一组,两人在今后的学习中去竞争。一定注意的是小组中的2人学习基础相当,头脑反应、理解能力也要相当。这样才公
