目的确定引入测量不确定度的主要来源,以便在检测工作中引起重视并予以纠正。方法根据测定过程建立数学模型,分析引起测量结果的不确定度来源,并计算各分量引入的不确定度、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果当P=95%时,该方法测定饮用水中挥发性酚引入的扩展不确定度为±0.001 4。结论最小二乘法拟合曲线产生的不确定度在该法中影响最大,样品重复性测定引入的不确定度也是主要来源,故在样品测定时应加以控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the major sources of measurement uncertainty introduced to be taken into account and corrected in the testing. Methods According to the determination process, a mathematical model was established to analyze the sources of the uncertainties that caused the measurement results. The uncertainties introduced by each component, the synthetic standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty were calculated. Results When P = 95%, the extended uncertainty of the method for the determination of volatile phenol in drinking water was ± 0.001 4. Conclusion The least square method fitting curve has the greatest influence on the uncertainty of the curve. The uncertainty introduced by the sample repeatability measurement is also the main source, so it should be controlled when the sample is measured.
