１９８６年７６０人健康体检中发现４５岁以上有Ｔｖ１＞Ｔｖ５～６变化资料完整的４６例。５年中逐年出现最多的心电图改变为：缺血性ＳＴ－Ｔ改变，其次为右束支传导阻滞。其发生率在观察组第１、２年为２８％，第３、４年为４１％，第５年增高达５９％．对照组则分别为１１％、１５％及２３％．从心电图缺血性ＳＴ—Ｔ改变看，前２年两组间无明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），第三、四年出现了显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），第５年出现了非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。但右柬支传导阻滞的发生，两组间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．运动试验：观察组阳性率为１３％，可疑阳性率５０％，而对照组分别为２％及１７％。两组有显著差异。
