班主任在学生的成长过程中扮演着重要角色,在社会教育的发展进程中,师生关系特别是班主任与学生间的关系具有很高的探索研讨价值。小学生的年龄小,行为规范没有养成,班主任在小学生的成长过程中起到的作用更为明显。本文围绕班主任如何与小学生这个特殊的学生群体建立和谐的师生关系开展讨论,如何改变目前教育体制下师生关系存在的不足之处,探索建立和谐关系的办法。
The teacher in charge of class plays an important role in the process of students’ growth. In the process of social education, the relationship between teacher and student, especially the relationship between class teacher and student, is of great exploratory value. Primary school age is small, norms of behavior developed, the teacher in primary school students play a more significant role in the process of growth. This essay focuses on how the headteacher discusses the relationship between teachers and students and how to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and how to change the shortcomings of teacher-student relationship under current education system.
