近年来,选择合适的战略导向被认为是企业获取竞争优势的关键。虽然许多学者相信战略导向能够促进企业技术创新绩效却少有实证支持。通过战略导向与技术创新绩效之间的结构方程建模,利用浙江省198家生物技术企业开展破坏性创新实践的有效样本数据进行实证研究。结果表明:将企业战略导向视为依据相对重点所形成的竞争导向、技术导向、客户导向和未来导向四个维度,此维度结构具有较好的信度和效度;企业通过战略导向来配置企业资源和创新要素,实现有效的技术创新绩效,但是它们之间的关系并不直接,因而,对两者之间的关系研究应当考虑合适的中间变量来促进提升企业技术创新绩效。
In recent years, choosing the right strategic direction is considered to be the key to obtaining competitive advantage. Although many scholars believe that strategic guidance can promote the technological innovation performance of enterprises, there is little empirical support. Through the structural equation modeling between strategic orientation and technological innovation performance, empirical research is carried out by using the effective sample data of 198 biotechnology enterprises in Zhejiang Province to carry out destructive innovation practices. The results show that the strategic orientation of the enterprise is regarded as the four dimensions of competitive orientation, technology orientation, customer orientation and future orientation, which are formed according to the relative emphasis. The dimension structure has good reliability and validity; the enterprise allocates the enterprise through strategic orientation Resources and innovation elements to achieve effective technological innovation performance, but the relationship between them is not direct. Therefore, the study of the relationship between the two should consider the appropriate intermediate variables to promote the improvement of technological innovation performance of enterprises.
