近年来,在省水利厅的悉心指导和哈尔滨市委、市政府的大力支持下,我局深入贯彻落实国务院460号令和省政府《关于加快水利建设大力发展现代水利的决定》,以节水型社会建设为载体,以健全水利配套法规为主线,以深化城市节水管理为重点,以强化行政执法为抓手,以促进水资源可持续利用为目标,创新工作思路,全面加强依法治水和水资源的管理、节约和保护,各项工作均取得了较大进展。
