目的探讨微螺钉种植辅助定位装置的临床应用。方法临床筛选20例上颌需要强支抗的患者作为实验组,使用定位辅助装置植入上颌种植钉,随机收集15例(30枚)未使用定位辅助装置植入上颌种植钉患者的术后根尖片作为对照组。结果实验组患者20例,40枚种植钉在口内植入时间平均10.3个月,成功率为95%。植入位置准确无损伤牙根,效果满意。对照组15例,30枚种植钉在口内植入时间平均9个月,成功率为70%。有5例患者植入方向错误,重新调整植入方向。结论由于通常种植支抗植入于后牙区域,受视线角度的限制不便于立体定位。通过微螺钉种植支抗导航植入装置可以帮助正畸医生在口外立体观察拟植入部位及邻牙牙冠长轴角度,与根尖片邻牙影像相结合可以准确地定位种植钉理想的植入方向。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of micro-screw planting assistant positioning device. Methods Twenty cases of patients with maxillary mandibular distraction were selected as the experimental group. The maxillary implants were implanted using the positioning aid. Fifteen patients (30 palsy) who were implanted with maxillary implants without the use of positioning aids were randomly collected. Film as a control group. Results In the experimental group, 20 cases were treated with 40 implants with an average time of 10.3 months implanted. The success rate was 95%. Implantation of anchorage and navigation implants with micro-screws can help orthodontists observe the planned implant site and the long-axis angle of the adjacent tooth crown in the mouth, which can be used to accurately locate implant implants direction.
