今年我参加数台发生缺水事故锅炉的检查,其中两例缺水事故的原因带有一定的普遍性,现将检查及分析情况介绍于下: 1 事故经过及检查情况 1991年1月20日,某厂(简称甲厂,下同)一台14吨/时的SZF14——13型沸腾锅炉在5点时点火开炉。启动时水位偏高。5点40分锅炉升压至0.3MPa并投入运行。此时炉顶后部水位表已看不见水位,操作人员认为是满水,就打开给水回水管的阀门,使锅炉停止了进水。由于控制室内低地水位计失效,操作人员只能在控制室外远远观看炉顶后部的就地水位表。至6
