第一部分包括W/石墨及Mo/石墨浸入式热电偶的试验工作。试验结果指出此种热电偶有用作测量钢水温度的可能。由于石墨灰分含量显著影响其所生的热电动势以及其他的原因,此种浸入式热电偶尚须进一步研究。第二部分包括W/Mo浸入式热电偶的试验。此种热电偶以石墨为保护管。试验指出W/Mo的热电动势与温度的关系,在1400℃以上时成近似直线,所生之热电动势为正值。在此温度以上热电动势的产生药为6.6μV/℃。W/Mo有相当的正确性及稳定性。每次测温约在1分10秒内。石墨保护管可用4次。此种热电偶经研究所及现厂试验结果,认为可以推广。
The first part includes experimental work on W / graphite and Mo / graphite immersion thermocouples. Test results indicate that this type of thermocouple may be used as a measure of the temperature of molten steel.
