黑龙江省小学数学课堂教学与评价改革研讨会于2006年6月9日在哈尔滨市召开。来自全省各地的小学数学教研员、学校领导、教师共计800余人欢聚在省教育学院礼堂,共同围绕着“新课程小学数学课堂教学改革”、“新课程小学生数学学习评价改革”及“新时期网络教研工作”三个会议主题展开了务实而深入的研讨,会议现场气氛热烈,学术氛围浓厚,达到了预期的效果。本次研讨会观摩了哈尔滨市刘清姝、丁萌、刘占田、孙利韫、霍文静,齐齐哈尔市陈复,佳木斯市范岩,鹤岗市刘丹,黑河市陈金玲等9位老师的研讨课。本刊将分期将这些研讨课呈现给广大的读者。
