近年,我国食用真菌生产有了很大的发展,无论从品种数量上,还是从种菇人数及食用菌产量上均可证明这一点。山东省的食用菌生产也有了长足的进步,除了从外省引进的品种外,还有一些野生驯化菌种。但种名及编号也存在着混乱的问题,有的单位从外地引进菌种再自行编号,造成人为的混乱,不利于菌种标准化及管理工作。我们希望各有关单位对菌种的新编号要慎重,避免人为的混乱。从一九八五年到一九八七年,我们在广泛调查研究和查阅有关资料基础上,整理出山东常见栽培真菌名录,计21种,还有2个未定种,隶属8科13属。名录如下: 1.香菇 Lentinus edodes(Berk.)Sing.菌种引自日本和上海,莱阳、德州、济南等地栽培。
In recent years, great progress has been made in the production of edible fungi in our country, which can be proved both in the number of varieties and the number of mushrooms and in the production of mushrooms. Edible mushroom production in Shandong Province has also made considerable progress, in addition to the introduction of varieties from other provinces, there are some wild acclimation strains. However, the name and number of species also have the problem of confusion. Some units have introduced their own strains from other places to make their own numbers. This has led to human chaos and is not conducive to the standardization and management of strains. We hope all the relevant units should exercise caution in regard to the new number of strains and avoid any artificial confusion. From 1985 to 1987, on the basis of extensive investigation and study and review of related information, we sorted out 21 species of common fungi from Shandong and 2 species of undetermined species, belonging to 13 families of 8 families. The list is as follows: 1. Lentinus edodes (Berk.) Sing. Mushroom species from Japan and Shanghai, Laiyang, Texas, Jinan and other places of cultivation.
