目的:乳牙菌斑中的蛋白水解酶是否与乳牙龋的发生发展有关。方法:采用酶-底物反应法和考马斯亮蓝蛋白含量测定法,分别测定有龋和无龋儿童乳牙集合菌斑中亮氨酸氨肽酶、甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽酶和胰酶样蛋白酶的活性及总蛋白含量。结果:3种蛋白水解酶的酶活性和总蛋白含量在有龋组和无龋组均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:3种蛋白水解酶可能与乳牙有机质的分解破坏关系不大
Objective: Whether the proteoglycan in deciduous dental plaque is related to the occurrence and development of deciduous caries. Methods: The leucine aminopeptidase, glycyl-proline dipeptidase and trypsin in the plaque of deciduous caries and caries-free children were detected by enzyme-substrate reaction and Coomassie brilliant blue protein content determination respectively Like protease activity and total protein content. Results: The enzymatic activity and total protein content of the three proteolytic enzymes showed no significant difference between caries-bearing group and caries-free group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The three proteolytic enzymes may not be related to the decomposition and destruction of organic matter in deciduous teeth
