患者,男,54岁。因“右股骨粗隆间骨折术后1年余,欲取内固定”而于2013年6月4日入院。既往无药物、食物过敏史,入院体检:T 36.7℃,P 74次/min,R 18次/min,BP135/80 mmHg。神清,心肺腹未见特殊异常,脊柱生理弯曲存在,无明显侧凸,颈胸腰椎无压痛,骨盆挤压、分离试验阴性,右侧浮髋试验阴性。右髋关节活动功能尚好。X线片示:右股骨粗隆间骨折愈合良好,骨折线基本消失;内固定均
