东台市人民商场是我市最大的国营商业综合性零售企业,现有职工195人,内设四股(人秘、保卫、计财、企管)、四部(三个零售经营部、一个批发部)、一店(市华侨友谊商店)、十组(十个营业柜组)。1988年以来,他们以劳动制度改革为突破口,引入竞争机制,在优化劳动组合,改进考核办法,完善分配形式上,探索出了“双向选择,考核上岗”、“双向考评,动态组合”、“双挂分配,等级管理”的劳动用工管理办法,从而增强了企业的内在活力,促进了经济效益大幅度提高。 东台市人民商场在劳动用工制度改革中,经历了一个不断深化,完善的过程,其主要作法是:
