本综述介绍了近年来国内外提出的各种点焊质量监控方案及它们在实际生产中应用的可能性。大量的点焊质量监控方案,在实际生产中获得成功应用的主要限于直接对焊接规范参数的监控。一些监控方法已在生产中发挥着重要作用。
This review presents the various spot welding quality monitoring schemes proposed at home and abroad in recent years and the possibility of their application in actual production. A large number of spot welding quality monitoring program, the successful application of the actual production is mainly limited to the direct monitoring of welding parameters. Some monitoring methods have played an important role in production.
