该文针对某FTSR热连轧机的异常振动问题,利用现代遥测系统和ANASYS中谐响应分析模块对轧机的振动特征进行了测试和研究,得出FTSR轧机异常振动是由主传动控制系统振荡与轧机辊系水平振动固有频率接近引发的。当扭振的频率与辊系的水平固有频率相等时,轧机产生的水平振动最为强烈。研究结果为抑制轧机振动提供了实验数据和理论依据。
In this paper, aiming at the abnormal vibration of an FTSR hot strip mill, the vibration characteristics of the mill are tested and studied by using modern telemetry system and ANASYS harmonic response analysis module. The results show that the abnormal vibration of the FTSR mill is caused by the oscillation of the main drive control system and the rolling mill The natural frequency of the horizontal vibration of the roller system is close to that induced. When the frequency of torsional vibration is equal to the horizontal natural frequency of the roller system, the mill produces the most intense horizontal vibration. The results provide experimental data and theoretical basis for suppressing rolling mill vibration.
