用体外造血祖细胞集落形成技术 ,观察人参皂甙Rg1和Rb1对正常人粒 巨噬系祖细胞(CFU GM )的刺激增殖作用。实验结果表明 :Rg1浓度为 2 .5 ,5 ,10和 5 0 μg ml时CFU GM集落产率均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,提高率分别为 (39.8± 3.6 ) % ,(70 .6± 6 .8) % ,(6 3.0± 6 .4 ) %和 (6 0 .8± 5 .9) %。Rb1浓度为 0 .5 ,2 .5 ,5 ,10和 5 0 μg ml时CFU GM集落产率均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,提高率分别为 (2 4 .5± 2 .3) % ,(45 .6± 4 .7) % ,(5 4.6± 6 .1) % ,(6 5 .1± 6 .3) %和(5 8.3± 5 .7) %。高浓度 (5 0 μg ml)不显示抑制作用。上述结果说明 ,Rg1和Rb1对CFU GM具有明显的刺激增殖作用 ,且高浓度时亦不抑制
Using a hematopoietic progenitor cell colony formation technique in vitro, the stimulatory proliferative effects of ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1 on normal human macrophage progenitor cells (CFU GM ) were observed. The experimental results showed that the CFU GM colony yield was significantly higher in Rg1 concentrations of 2.5, 5, 10, and 50 μg ml than in the control group (P < 0.01), and the increase rates were (39.8 ± 3.6) %. , (70.6 ± 6.8)%, (6 3.0 ± 6.4)% and (60.8 ± 5.9)%. When Rb1 concentrations were 0.5, 2.5, 5, 10, and 50 μg ml, the CFU GM colony yields were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the increase rates were (24.5). 2.7%, (45.6 ± 4.7)%, (54.6 ± 6.1)%, (65.1 ± 6.3%), and (58.3 ± 5.7)%. High concentrations (50 μg ml) did not show inhibition. The above results indicate that Rg1 and Rb1 have obvious stimulation and proliferation effects on CFU GM and do not inhibit at high concentrations.
