1994－1997年，行巨大纵隔肿瘤切除术14例，均采用静吸复合全麻，现报道如下。1！临床资料1．1一般资料本组患者14例，男12例，女2例，年龄最大66岁，最小7岁，体重30－70kg。ASA分级11一皿级。术前合并有胸闷、胸痛6例，胸壁静脉曲张或上腔静脉压迫综合征3例，气管受压移位3例
From 1994 to 1997, 14 cases of giant mediastinal tumor resection were performed using inhalation and compound general anesthesia. The report is as follows. 1! Clinical data 1.1 General information This group of patients in 14 patients, 12 males and 2 females, the oldest 66 years old, the smallest 7 years old, weighing 30-70kg. The ASA is rated 11-level. There were 6 cases of chest tightness, chest pain, chest wall varicose vein or superior vena cava compression syndrome in 3 cases, 3 cases of tracheal pressure displacement before operation.
