油田注汽锅炉在运行中由于各种原因易造成炉管结垢,水垢的生成会极大的影响锅炉的导热能力。水垢的导热系数比钢铁的导热系数小数十倍到数百倍,故炉管结垢将导致炉管的传热性能明显降低,导致燃料浪费、受热面因过热而易损坏、锅炉出力降低、维修费用增大等,影响锅炉的安全平稳运行。本文将对注汽炉管结垢的原因和危险性进行全面系统地分析,通过采取针对性的清洗措施,确保了锅炉的经济、安全运行,更好地提高稠油开采的效果。
