采用放免法对９例职业性哮喘病人血浆白三烯Ｃ４（ＬＴＣ４）水平和外周血白细胞在特异抗原作用下产生ＬＴＣ４进行测定，并与１０例正常人对照。结果表明哮喘缓解期患者血浆ＬＴＣ４水平与对照组无差别；９例患者中有６例的外周血白细胞在加抗原作用下释放ＬＴＣ４明显增加，释放指数（ＲＩ）最高者达６２０％，与病人临床表现和其他指标基本吻合。１０例正常对照未测出ＬＴＣ４释放。
The levels of plasma leukotriene C4 (LTC4) in peripheral blood leukocytes and the production of LTC4 in peripheral white blood cells by specific antigen were measured by radioimmunoassay in nine patients and compared with 10 healthy controls. The results showed that patients with asthma remission plasma LTC4 levels were no difference with the control group; 6 out of 9 patients with peripheral leukocytes release of anti-LTC4 increased significantly, the highest release index (RI) of 620%, and the patient clinical Performance and other indicators basically match. Ten normal controls did not detect LTC4 release.
