一般对外锥内圆结构滑动轴承的修理,都是先以床头箱孔为基准,在轴承放松的情况下把外圆刮好,再把主轴装入轴承,收紧轴承,进行刮配,直到刮好为止。这样,内圆虽是圆的,但外圆却由于不均匀的收缩而变成椭圆了,造成轴承与床头箱孔的接触不良,影响接触刚度,从而影响加工光洁度。我们采用了锁紧轴承,使其内孔等于主轴轴径时与床头箱孔刮配,这样就消除了轴承外圆的椭圆度,解决了轴承与床头箱的接触刚度问题。为达到此目的,我
