[目的]探讨2型糖尿病微血管病变患者血浆D-二聚体(D-dimer)水平以及与糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的相关性。[方法]糖尿病微血管病变患者33例,无微血管病变患者46例,正常对照49例,分别对空腹血糖(FBG)、HbAlc、血浆D-二聚体进行检测。[结果]糖尿病微血管病变组FBG、HbAlc、血浆D-二聚体与无微血管病变组和正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。无微血管病变组血浆D-二聚体与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.48,P=0.63)。[结论]检测糖化血红蛋白与血浆D-二聚体对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况及微血管病变具有辅助诊断价值。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between plasma D-dimer and HbAlc in type 2 diabetic microangiopathy. [Methods] 33 cases of diabetic microangiopathy, 46 cases of non-microvascular disease and 49 cases of normal control were measured fasting blood glucose (FBG), HbAlc and plasma D-dimer respectively. [Results] There were significant differences in FBG, HbA1c, plasma D-dimer between diabetic microangiopathy group and non-microangiopathy group and normal control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in plasma D-dimer between the group without microvascular lesions and the normal control group (t = 0.48, P = 0.63). [Conclusion] The detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and plasma D-dimer in patients with type 2 diabetes, blood sugar control and microangiopathy have diagnostic value.
