借鉴和吸收企业文化的优秀成果,改进企业思想政治工作,是改革形势发展的客观需要。随着企业经营机制的转换,企业由行政机关的附属物逐渐变为相对独立的商品生产者。企业在经济上的独立性,要求企业思想政治工作也应具有相对的自主权;需要对原有的企业思想政治工作理论体系进行适当的调整,在借鉴和吸收企业文化理论优秀成果的基础上,探索出一条真正具有企业特色的名副其实的企业思想政治工作体系。我认为,这种借鉴和探索要在内容上抓住一个重点,实现一个转变,在指导思想上坚持一个原则。
Drawing on and absorbing the outstanding achievements of corporate culture and improving the ideological and political work of enterprises are the objective needs for the development of the reform situation.
