在调整国民经济过程中,有很多事情要做,其中有一件很关键的事情就是如何使我们的广大干部和职工群众在思想认识上都能跟上客观形势的发展。从现在的情况看,的确有些同志的思想认识没有跟上形势,譬如滥发奖金问题就是一例,现在普遍存在着争奖金、比奖金的现象。你发十几元,我发几十元,你发电扇,我发沙发,钢丝床,在企业间形成发奖金竞赛。奖金是在社会主义按劳付酬原则下对超额劳动的一种报酬形式,它是调动广大职工生产积极性的一种经济手段,如果我们把手段当作目的,把奖金作为相互争夺的对象,那就大错特错,不但不能发挥它虚有的作用,而且会得到相反的结果.
