2011年9月6日,中央电视台《新闻1+1》节目播出《“助纣为虐”的古董鉴定!》,曝出“富豪”谢根荣自制的金缕玉衣被五位国内顶尖文物鉴定专家鉴定价值24亿元人民币,他以此鉴定骗取银行贷款10亿元,一审被判无期徒刑。其实,早在2009年年底,随着谢根荣以及相关银行行长、副行长的被判刑,此案就已曝光,被社会关注。本刊也在2010年10月以《骗贷重案,京城第一烂尾楼解密》为题,深入报道了此案。不过,当时本刊和许多媒体的报道以及社会的关注点主要是谢根荣骗贷案本身和他的烂尾楼,没有过多涉及骗贷案背后文物专家们是如何进行假鉴定的。如今,白岩松在《新闻1+1》节目中旧案重提,意在深挖和抨击此案背后的文物造假和文物鉴定造假。本刊就此问题,就文物鉴定以及收藏行业的公信力问题,也展开了深入调查。这里面的水到底有多深,记者一时竟找不到一个合适的词汇来形容。只能说,我们的调查发现的仅是冰山一角。但令我们欣慰的是,如今,文物市场假文物、假鉴定之乱象被曝光在了光天化日之下,引起了媒体、广大民众以及有关方面的关注。更可喜的是,此事的法律缺失和应对问题也引起了社会的关注,许多人也就此提出了有益的建议。
