为探讨硫酸镁(MS)不同剂量与速度静注对家兔心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)和心脏复跳的影响。分别用MS以0.1、1、30、60mg/kg·min的速度静注10只家兔,各维持15min,观察其HR和MAP变化,再以120mg/kg·min的速度静注到家兔心脏停搏,停搏后立即停注,同时行心脏按摩和静注异丙肾上腺素0.5mg/kg,2min后再静注新福林1mg/kg。结果:0.1、1mg/kg·min的静注速度对HR、MAP无减慢和降低作用(P>0.05)。而以30、60mg/kg·min的速度静注,HR、MAP都明显减慢和降低(P<0.05);速度为120mg/kg·min时HR和MAP都很快减慢和降低,心脏在5~37min内不经过任何室速或室颤下停搏,经停注MS、按摩和静注异丙肾上腺素等措施,10只家兔都在1~2min内恢复心跳和一定的MAP。结果表明,快速静注MS能有效地减慢HR和降低心肌收缩力,对心肌有一定保护性和可逆性,为MS在临床麻醉的应用提供参考。
To investigate the effects of different doses and speeds of magnesium sulfate (MS) on heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart reentry in rabbits. The results showed that rapid intravenous injection of MS can effectively slow down the HR and reduce myocardial contractility, myocardial protective and reversible, and provide a reference for the application of MS in clinical anesthesia.
