目的加强放射诊疗工作的管理,保证医疗质量和医疗安全,保障放射诊疗工作人员、患者和公众的健康权益,建议采取有力措施。方法通过辐射流行病学调查方法,对基层医疗机构卫生监督工作分析。结果基层医疗机构放射防护工作存在许多问题,是放射防护管理工作的重点。结论预防和控制放射性危害,保障工作人员、患者和公众的健康与生命安全,建议采取有力措施。
Objective To strengthen the management of radiological diagnosis and treatment work, ensure medical quality and medical safety, and ensure the health rights and interests of radiologists, patients and the general public. We suggest that vigorous measures be taken. Methods By means of epidemiological investigation of radiation, the health supervision work of primary medical institutions was analyzed. Results There are many problems in the radiological protection work of grass-roots medical institutions and it is the focus of radiation protection management. Conclusion Prevention and control of radioactive hazards, to ensure the health and safety of staff, patients and the general public, we recommend that we take effective measures.
