电子不停车收费(ETC)可以极大地促进我国公路交通收费的发展并且还能大大改善我国公路交通状况。然而由于ETC系统的建设投资巨大,区域联网收费情况错综复杂,造成我国ETC的发展并不顺利。本文提出采用AVI图像处理技术对ETC系统的信息采集部分进行优化,通过先进的数据传输技术实现ETC后付费的解决方案,能够达到降低ETC投资成本,并且有利于将来的市场推广和系统的运营维护。
Electronic non-stop charging (ETC) can greatly promote the development of China’s road traffic charges and can also greatly improve our country’s road traffic conditions. However, due to the huge investment in the construction of ETC system and the complicated situation of regional network charging, the development of ETC in our country is not smooth. This paper proposes using AVI image processing technology to optimize the information collection part of the ETC system, and implementing post-ETC post-paid solutions through advanced data transmission technology, which can reduce the investment cost of ETC, and is beneficial to future marketing and system operation and maintenance .
