In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Work Meeting of the Ministry of Water Resources on Accelerating the Implementation of Investment Plans for Water Conservancy Projects, the provincial Department of Water Resources recently adopted a series of measures to continuously promote the construction of key water conservancy projects and ensure the completion of annual construction tasks. As of August 31, 2011, the central government issued 616 investment projects in our province with a total investment of 7.2 billion yuan, accounting for 84.6% of the investment target of 85.1 yuan. In 2012, the central government has arranged 405 projects in our province
